Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing or related functions.
• Experience supporting launches, VM activities, marketing execution, or luxury brands preferred.
• Strong analytical and coordination capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of the Fragrance portfolio strategy across the Andean Cluster (Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina).
• Coordinate across markets and align with regional priorities.
• Support end-to-end marketing and commercial agenda, including 360° brand execution, business planning, performance analysis, A&P management and IBP processes.
• Assist with expansion launches (Kilian and Balmain) across Andean markets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
