Job summary

primeworks is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage all aspects of our online learning programs. You will work with the Director of Learning and Development to ingest content, configure modules, and compile usage reports for stakeholders.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in training, and proficiency with LMS processes and Microsoft Office apps. Collaboration with internal and external teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in training or education required.
• Certification in Salesforce Administration is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training and education required.
• Experience with live and online training delivery.
• Strong proficiency with LMS processes and execution.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer the LMS curriculum (instructor-led, eLearning, videos).
• Test and deploy new and revised content and maintain knowledge checks.
• Upload, audit content, and oversee reporting analytics for stakeholders.
• Support and instruct internal and external stakeholders on LMS use.
• Collaborate with partners on learning plans for different users.
