Worley is seeking a Digital Solutions Consultant II (Legal) to support and enhance Legal and Compliance technology platforms, including Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft, and Entity Management Systems. You will provide day-to-day application support, deliver enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to meet business needs.

Formación

• Analyst or Technology Consultant with relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with two or more Legal, Compliance or Enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc, DPO or Entity Management Systems).
• Experience managing BAU operations including incident, problem, change and release management.
• Strong ITIL and Agile/Scrum delivery understanding.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, middleware and integration troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Legal and Compliance platforms.
• Keep platforms running smoothly and deliver enhancements to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and internal IT teams.
• Support integrations between enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning and releases.
• Create technical documentation and monitor application health.
