Worley is seeking a Digital Solution Consultant to support and enhance our Legal and Compliance technology platforms, including Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft and Entity Management Systems. You will provide day-to-day application support and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams.

You will help deliver enhancements, manage BAU activities, troubleshoot integrations, and participate in Agile delivery with CI/CD and change management processes, ensuring platform stability,

• Analyst or Technology Consultant role.
• Hands-on with two or more Legal/Compliance SaaS platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc).
• Experience managing BAU operations, including incident, problem, change and release management and production support.
• Strong ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience supporting REST APIs, web services, middleware and integration troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ServiceNow and cloud-based SaaS experience preferred.

Digital Solution Consultant

General objective: Support and enhance Legal and Compliance technology platforms, including Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft, Entity Management Systems and related applications. Keep the platforms running smoothly, provide day-to-day application support, deliver enhancements, drive continuous improvements and ensure digital solutions continue to meet business needs through close collaboration with business stakeholders, vendors and internal IT teams.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Digital Solution Consultant to support and enhance our Legal and Compliance technology platforms, including Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft, Entity Management Systems, and other related applications.

• In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping these platforms running smoothly while working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams. You'll provide day-to-day application support, deliver enhancements, help drive continuous improvements, and ensure our digital solutions continue to meet business needs.

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Legal and Compliance platforms such as Brightflag, TrustArc, Agiloft and Entity Management Systems.
• Manage business-as-usual activities, including incident resolution, service requests, problem management and production support.
• Support and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, middleware and other integration technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver enhancements and improve business processes.
• Configure, maintain and optimize applications while ensuring platform stability, security and performance.
• Participate in Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing and release activities, following CI/CD and change management processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, monitor application health and drive continuous service improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

What You Will Bring

• Analyst or Technology Consultant role.
• Hands-on experience with at least two Legal, Compliance or Enterprise SaaS platforms such as Agiloft, Brightflag, TrustArc, DPO, Entity Management Systems or similar solutions.
• Experience managing BAU operations, including incident, problem, change and release management and production support.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience supporting REST APIs, web services, middleware, data flows and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ServiceNow and cloud-based SaaS applications is preferred.
