Job summary

Veho seeks an experienced LegalOps/RevenueOps professional to own SpotDraft configurations, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity across contracts. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to eliminate process friction and accelerate deal velocity while scaling globally.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in a multinational setting, hands-on SpotDraft or CLM experience, and strong data governance skills, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency to bridge Bogotá and international

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Legal Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops at multinational/high-volume environments.
• Experience adminstering SpotDraft, backend config, approvals and logic.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Built dashboards that drive KPIs like contract cycle time and bottlenecks.
• Configured Salesforce or HubSpot integrations to reduce manual data entry.
• Used no-code/low-code tools and AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Experience with e-billing and vendor compliance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own SpotDraft as core platform administrator with metadata fields and routing.
• Design approval workflows and dynamic routing to cut contract turnaround time.
• Deploy AI-powered tools to streamline contract intake and tasks.
• Optimize SpotDraft–DocuSign–Salesforce integrations to prevent misalignment.
• Administer third-party risk and vendor compliance platforms and monitor SLAs.
• Prepare and route documents for e-signature and monitor bottlenecks in real time.
• Create dashboards tracking contract cycle time, bottlenecks, and signer status.
• Conduct system audits for data hygiene and reliable reporting.
• Manage law firm e-billing and enforce policy to prevent overbilling.
