Job summary

Veho is seeking an experienced Legal Ops professional to own SpotDraft and drive contract lifecycle improvements across global teams. You will configure metadata, build approvals, and automate workflows while collaborating with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and IT to accelerate deal velocity.

You will implement AI-assisted tools, optimize Docusign and Salesforce integrations, and ensure data integrity and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

3+ years in Legal Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops at multinational or high-volume environment.
Administrated SpotDraft (or Ironclad, LinkSquares) at scale with backend configuration, custom fields, and workflows.
Fluent in English and Spanish, bridging Bogotá-based legal with international teams.

Responsibilities

Own SpotDraft as core platform administrator with metadata, schema tags, and routing logic to ensure 95%+ data accuracy across contract records.
Design and build approval workflows and dynamic routing to reduce contract turnaround time.
Champion and deploy AI-powered tools to streamline contract intake and automate tasks.
Optimize integrations between SpotDraft, DocuSign, and Salesforce to eliminate manual data entry.
Administer third-party risk and vendor compliance platform with background checks and SLA tracking.
Prepare and route documents for e-signature via SpotDraft and DocuSign; monitor signatures in real time.
Design dashboards tracking contract cycle time, bottlenecks, and legal utilization.
Conduct system audits to ensure data hygiene and reliable compliance reporting.
Manage law firm e-billing: track spend, validate invoices, recover overbilling, enforce policy.
