Job Duck, LLC is seeking a compassionate Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking guidance on Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning.

This client-facing role requires strong English communication and the ability to guide conversations with empathy. Remote work with structured processes and CRM system usage is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of intake, customer service, client services, call center, or phone-based client support roles.
• Current experience working in a law firm is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust over the phone.
• Ability to guide conversations naturally without sounding scripted.

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking guidance related to Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning.

This is a client-facing, conversation-driven role that directly impacts both the client experience and the firm's growth. The individuals and families who contact our firm are often overwhelmed, confused about complex planning issues, or anxious about protecting their assets and loved ones.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/EDT

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Conducting follow-up calls with prospective clients
• Qualifying prospective clients according to firm guidelines and established criteria

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining detailed records.
• Ability to type and take notes while actively engaging in a conversation.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment.
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
