Job summary

Pharmbills LLC is seeking a Leasing Support Specialist in Colombia for a remote, project-based assignment. You will reach residents near lease expirations by phone and email, assess renewal intentions, and gather feedback on their living experience.

You will coordinate with property managers to address concerns, document feedback, and ensure smooth renewal workflows. A professional, empathetic approach and bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued.

Qualifications

• English B2+ and Spanish C1+ proficiency required.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and rapport-building.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow processes and checklists.
• Proactive communicator with problem-solving mindset.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and office software.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact residents by phone and email regarding upcoming lease expirations
• Understand renewal intentions and identify concerns
• Gather feedback about living experience and property satisfaction
• Serve as a professional and empathetic point of contact
• Document tenant feedback and share actionable insights with Property Managers
• Coordinate with internal teams to address concerns
• Follow established workflows, processes, and checklists
• Keep supervisors updated on workload and priorities
