Gallagher is seeking an HRIS professional to support and enhance our Learning Platform across the business. You will translate business needs into practical system solutions, working with Cornerstone, Percipio, and Oracle HCM Cloud to improve employee learning experiences.

In this role you’ll support system releases, testing, and reporting, while collaborating with onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams to deliver consistent, secure access for users and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 to 6 years of related experience in HRIS or learning systems.
• Experience supporting projects, releases, testing, or system improvements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Good judgment and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience writing documentation and supporting users.

Overview

Join Gallagher’s HRIS team and help shape how employees learn and grow across the business. In this role, you will support and improve our Learning Platform so people can access the right learning at the right time. You will work across teams, systems, and regions to turn business needs into practical solutions that support a better employee experience.

• Help design security roles and permissions for administrative users.
• Support training templates, troubleshooting, and day-to-day user needs.
• Contribute to projects that improve learning tools, integrations, and the employee experience.
• Work with teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations to meet goals and deadlines.
• Help ensure solutions reflect the needs of different regions, divisions, and local requirements.

About You

You bring experience working with human resources information systems and learning technology. You understand how to connect business needs with system configuration and reporting. You are comfortable working with Cornerstone, Skillsoft Percipio, Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, integrations, and learning management system reporting.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 to 6 years of related experience in human resources information systems or learning systems.
• Experience supporting projects, releases, testing, or system improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear way.
• Good judgment and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience writing documentation, supporting users, and working with multiple priorities.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
