Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an SDET Engineer.
• Strong programming skills in Java (developer-first QA).
• Extensive experience using REST Assured for backend testing.
• Proven hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Deep understanding of the "shift-left" approach and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical direction on quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Framework Design: Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web and API layers.
• Strategy & Leadership: Define automation strategy and ensure high test coverage for reliable releases.
• Backend Validation: Create API automation suites to ensure microservices integrity.
• Frontend Validation: Implement and manage frontend automation scripts for a top-tier UX.
• Coaching: Mentor engineers on testing best practices and foster a quality-first culture.
