AgileEngine, a leading software company, is seeking a Lead SDET to drive regression automation and shape testing strategy across the full product release cycle.

You will build robust automation scripts for UI, API and performance, validate complex data and AI/ML components, and collaborate with PM, UX and Engineering to ensure holistic quality. The role offers flexible remote/office options and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a software QA role
• 6+ years in automated testing (UI/API/Performance)
• 5+ years in systems-based testing architecture
• 3+ years testing data science models and AI/ML evals
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Holistic quality mindset
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for BDD

Responsibilities

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality
• Manually test software for validation based on criteria
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance tests
• Document feature behavior in detail
• Record pass/fails and link to defects
• Identify risks to quality and escalate
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across SDLC
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback
• Participate in effort estimation and refinement
• Use GitHub to maintain automation repos and scripts
• Participate in On-Call rotation
