EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer to own data modeling, manage large data volumes, and integrate Salesforce with external systems. You will lead a small cross-functional team and collaborate with vendors to advance complex Salesforce solutions in telecommunications.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software development, 1+ year leading teams, and strong Apex expertise, with excellent English communication (B2+).
Formación
- 5+ years in software development
- 1+ year leading development teams
- Strong command of Salesforce for enterprise solutions
- Apex for server-side logic and Salesforce automation
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
Responsabilidades
- Own data modeling and large data volume management on Salesforce
- Lead a 6–10 member team and coordinate with external vendors
- Review requirements with client managers and developers
- Communicate clearly and collaborate to achieve goals
- Develop new features from scratch and refine existing functionality
- Provide ongoing support and performance improvements
