• 3+ years of professional Salesforce experience.
• Expertise with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL and deployments.
• Experience across development and admin/platform duties.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of feature delivery with minimal oversight.
• Clarify gaps, surface risks, and drive technical decomposition.
• Operate across Salesforce development, configuration, and admin tasks.
• Participate in discovery, planning, estimation, and solution design.
• Handle platform-level needs including flows, permissions, deployments, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with adjacent systems and Java-based integrations when needed.
• Apply AI-assisted and spec-driven engineering practices.
• Engage with US stakeholders professionally and reliably.
