Global Technology Services in Medellín, LATAM, is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to design, build and deliver Salesforce solutions across industries. You will work with senior developers to implement programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations, writing clean, tested code.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design discussions, and contribute to technical documentation while growing expertise across the Salesforce platform.

Formación

• 2–4 years of Salesforce platform experience with Apex and JavaScript.
• Solid Apex programming experience: governor limits, triggers, and unit testing.
• Front-end development with LWC, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of data modeling, security model, and flows.
• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and collaboration with other developers.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of OOAD, database design, and SDLC.
• Experience in Agile teams.

Position Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

Location: LATAM

What you will be doing:

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across industries. You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce's technical domains — including programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and enjoy solving practical business problems through clean, well-structured code. You'll work closely with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions, contribute to technical documentation, and continue growing your expertise across the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on Apex and JavaScript development
• Solid Apex programming experience: core design patterns, governor limits, trigger handling, and unit testing
• Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Working knowledge of functional/technical tools: data modeling, security model, and flows
• Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and experience collaborating with other developers
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle
• Experience working within Agile teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to Experience Cloud or common AppExchange solutions
• Exposure to Einstein or other Salesforce AI product capabilities
• Active Salesforce certifications, or actively working toward certification
