Global Technology Services in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions across industries. You will work with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions and contribute to technical documentation.

You will apply knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs, collaborate with teams, and grow expertise while delivering scalable, high-quality code.

Formación

• 2–4 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on Apex and JavaScript.
• Solid Apex programming experience: core design patterns, governor limits, trigger handling, and unit testing.
• Frontend development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, security model, and flows.
• Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and experience collaborating with other developers.
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and SDLC.
• Experience working within Agile teams.

Position Title: Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

What you will be doing:

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across industries. You have solid working knowledge of Salesforce's technical domains — including programmatic development, declarative solutioning, and integrations — and enjoy solving practical business problems through clean, well-structured code. You'll work closely with senior developers and architects to build and test custom solutions, contribute to technical documentation, and continue growing your expertise across the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on Apex and JavaScript development

• Working knowledge of functional/technical tools: data modeling, security model, and flows

• Understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and experience collaborating with other developers

• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)

• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design, and software development lifecycle

• Experience working within Agile teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to Experience Cloud or common AppExchange solutions

• Familiarity with integration tools and ETL with Salesforce

• Exposure to Einstein or other Salesforce AI product capabilities

• Active Salesforce certifications, or actively working toward certification
