Monks is seeking a Technical Lead (hands-on) to identify and solve complex product problems, lead cross-functional teams, and steer the product strategy for growth. The role is fully remote (LATAM), with occasional travel, and requires deep experience in product management, agile methods, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will guide end-to-end product delivery, mentor PMs, and champion a culture of experimentation and customer-centricity across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology projects related to digital products, software design, and/or development.
• End-to-end software product lifecycle experience (building/shipping) with multiple features and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience taking a solution from 0 to 1 (concept through release and adoption).
• Experience leading discovery sessions with prioritization workshops.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation skills, and ability to translate needs into scalable requirements.
• Understanding of web tech, software development, APIs, and ability to ramp up on new domains.
• Autonomous, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills with internal/external partners.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and globally distributed teams.
• Experience using modern design tools (Sketch, Miro) and requirements tools (Jira).
• Nice-to-have: consulting experience; Scrum Product Owner/Master cert; mentoring and team building.

Responsabilités

• Consulting & Trusted Advising: act as trusted client advisor; conduct market, business and user research; translate insights into strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships, surface conflicts, broker trade-offs, secure alignment and adoption.
• Product Delivery: define long-term vision, drive roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering/Design/Delivery; manage lifecycle.
• Innovation & Improvement: stay updated on trends; mentor associate/mid-level PMs; improve processes and tooling.
• Promote a culture of customer-centricity, agility, and experimentation.
