SGS is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role covers servers, networks, storage, performance, security, and high availability, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.

Formación

• Advanced Linux/Unix system administration.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.).
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
• Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Experience with hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM).
• IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep).
• Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity knowledge.
• Storage technologies (SAN/NAS).
• Monitoring/observability tools experience (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, etc.).
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Security/hardening of servers and infrastructure.
• Patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls.
• ITIL processes knowledge (incident, problem, change).
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and global teams.
• Advanced English communication (B2+).
• Experience in regulated/enterprise environments (banking, telecom, healthcare, fintech, etc.).
