Movate in Colombia seeks a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive architecture across backend and frontend, integrating frontier AI and secure software supply chain practices. You will design, build, and guide scalable systems while mentoring engineers and shaping engineering standards.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Security teams, applying AI-assisted development, automated testing, and threat modeling to deliver robust, secure software at scale.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2+ years in a Lead/Staff Engineer role managing complex frontend and backend systems.
• Strong expertise in Java or Kotlin and JVM-based backends with modern frontend skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, automated analysis, or DevSecOps automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and scaling of backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Identify performance, security, and scalability risks across code and supply chain components.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Security teams to translate requirements into features.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices and secure coding playbooks.
• Provide architectural proposals, conduct code reviews, and drive PRs to completion.
