EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a Lead Data DevOps Engineer to enhance our data infrastructure and optimize deployment workflows. You will design robust data pipelines, automate deployment processes, and collaborate with data scientists to improve data accessibility.

The role requires strong experience in building scalable data platforms, using Kafka, Docker, and cloud services, with excellent English communication and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data DevOps or related discipline.
• Proficiency in data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka, containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud services.
• Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in technical and complex environments.
• Effective communication skills to encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth and effective data flow.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance deployment processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists to increase data accessibility and usability.
• Monitor data systems to identify and resolve performance challenges.
