Félix is building a financial companion for Latinos in the US, applying AI and real-time infrastructure to enable cross-border money movement. We seek a Lead Data Analyst to guide analytics for Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations, partnering with Product, Operations, and Fintech teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will raise the analytical bar, develop a roadmap, and translate data into actionable insights that drive conversion and retention across geographies in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to move beyond reporting and understand why metrics move and what actions can influence them.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity—you enjoy getting deep into how the business actually works.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics agenda for Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations across a multidisciplinary team.
• Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor funnel performance and guide product actions.
• Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Growth, and Fintech teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Create scalable analytics frameworks and dashboards for stakeholders to answer questions independently.
