Job summary

Félix is seeking a highly analytical Lead Data Analyst to lead a multidisciplinary team across Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations. You will map KPIs across the customer journey, identify opportunities, and translate data into actions to improve conversion, retention, and efficiency.

This role is 40% hands-on and 60% stakeholder-facing, with a mandate to raise analytical standards and partnerships across Product, Operations, and Leadership. Fully remote with future hybrid plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable insights and business decisions.
