Inchcape Américas is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to guide a distributed team and drive early-stage solution design for Inchcape’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP). You will lead architecture governance, ensure quality, and align solutions with enterprise standards across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on architecture, focusing on scalable, secure designs and cross-region collaboration to deliver business outcomes.

• 10+ years in solution architecture and multi-region delivery.
• Proven track record leading Solution Architects.

• Strong governance and architecture board experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Solution Architects (Colombia, Philippines), ensuring performance management, coaching, and career growth.
• Establish a high-performing architecture culture aligned with DXP standards, driving consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Own quarterly capacity planning, coordinate assignments, and align architecture with project lifecycles.
• Shape early-stage solutions (HLDs, trade-offs, scalability, integration strategy) and support complex designs across domains.
• Operate the Solution Design Advisory Board, enforcing governance, quality gates, and design standards while maintaining key artefacts.
• Provide cross-domain leadership across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations, ensuring consistency of patterns and alignment with central platform teams.

We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to guide a distributed team of Solution Architects and drive the planning, governance, and early-stage solution design for Inchcape’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP). This role blends people leadership (50%) with hands-on architecture (50%), focusing on structuring solutions in early project phases, ensuring architectural quality and consistency across regions, and driving execution through effective planning, governance, and collaboration.
Operating across domains such as Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations with a strong Salesforce foundation the Lead Solution Architect will play a key role in aligning solution delivery with enterprise standards and business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Solution Architects (Colombia, Philippines), ensuring performance management, coaching, and career growth.
• Establish a high-performing architecture culture aligned with DXP standards, driving consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Own quarterly capacity planning, coordinate assignments, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery leadership to align architecture with project lifecycles.
• Shape early-stage solutions (HLDs, trade-offs, scalability, integration strategy) and support complex designs across domains.
• Operate the Solution Design Advisory Board, enforcing governance, quality gates, and design standards while maintaining key artefacts.
• Provide cross-domain leadership across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations, ensuring consistency of patterns and alignment with central platform teams.

About you

• Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture, leading teams in complex digital environments and multi-region delivery models.
• Proven track record managing and developing Solution Architects or technical teams, driving performance and career growth.
• Strong cross-domain expertise across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data model), web/eCommerce platforms, and API/integration architectures.
• Skilled in designing end-to-end solutions, leading early-stage architecture shaping, and ensuring scalability, security, and integration best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, including data and security models, integration patterns, and platform governance.
• Experienced in capacity planning, work allocation, and delivery coordination, ensuring effective architecture support across initiatives
• Strong governance background, operating architecture boards and design reviews, balancing strategic vision with execution focus.
