Inchcape Digital is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to guide a distributed team across Colombia and the Philippines. You will shape early-stage solutions, drive governance and ensure architectural quality across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations.

The role blends leadership with hands-on design, aligning with enterprise standards and business outcomes in a dynamic automotive technology space.

Formación

• >10 years of experience leading solution architecture teams in multi-region digital environments.
• Proven track record developing and growing Solution Architects or technical teams.
• Strong cross-domain expertise across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and API/integration architectures.
• Skilled in end-to-end solution design, early-stage architecture shaping, scalability, security and integration best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, including data and security models, integration patterns, and platform governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Solution Architects (Colombia, Philippines).
• Establish a high‑performing architecture culture aligned with DXP standards across regions.
• Own quarterly capacity planning and align architecture with project lifecycles.
• Shape early‑stage solutions (HLDs, trade-offs, scalability, integration strategy).
• Operate architecture governance boards, quality gates and design standards.
• Provide cross-domain leadership across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations.
