AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will shape the knowledge graph, evaluate retrieval quality, and integrate with Slack, Google Workspace, and other AI assistants.

Lead design, testing, and governance for scalable, secure AI platform capabilities; partner with SMEs to deliver production-ready workflows and agents. A flexible, home-office-friendly environment is offered.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead.</br>
• Demonstrated ownership of knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end to end.</br>
• Experience building production‑quality AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG.
• Ability to distinguish wrong retrieval from right retrieval and prioritize impact.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and translate findings into backlog fixes to close context gaps.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and implementation plans; turn pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns while preserving permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new use cases.
• Enable functional groups to maintain context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices; troubleshoot issues.
• Implement controls for data retention and sensitive data handling with security/compliance teams.
• Flag elevated or write-access connectors early and route to security for review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
