AgileEngine seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph and grounding for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will partner with SMEs to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and production‑ready capabilities across integrations like Slack, Google Workspace, and Glean.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on leadership as Tech Lead.
• Designed or owned an end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Proven production‑quality AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, enterprise search.
• Ability to detect retrieval errors and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS/AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• Experience scaling across multiple business functions with clear stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and improve the knowledge graph that grounds search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and turn findings into a backlog of fixes for context gaps.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs and turn pilots into production‑ready capabilities.
• Ensure security, scalability, and alignment with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic‑search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams to scope new use cases.
• Provide tooling and guidance for self‑curated context across functional groups.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for output quality, reliability, and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other assistants.
• Apply access management and incident response best practices; collaborate with security teams.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
