AgileEngine, LLC. seeks an AI Platform Context Lead to design and manage the knowledge graph that grounds search and AI agent responses. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to improve retrieval accuracy, build scalable connectors, and govern context with secure, production‑ready capabilities.

You will partner with SMEs to implement AI agents, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG, while ensuring governance, testing, and reliability across the platform.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands‑on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned end‑to‑end knowledge graph or enterprise context architecture.
• Produced production‑quality AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Able to identify retrieval gaps and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response skills.
• Experience cross‑functionally to turn needs into reusable checklists.
• Proven troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication prowess.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph and context for search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and turn gaps into a prioritized backlog of fixes.
• Maintain cross‑team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, workflows.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs and plans, turning pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic‑search patterns with source permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for teams to scope new use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate context with tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants.
• Apply access management, monitoring, and change‑control best practices; troubleshoot platform issues.
• Implement data retention and sensitive‑data controls with security/compliance teams.
• Flag elevated connectors early and route to security for review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident response and service continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
