AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead in Colombia to design and maintain the knowledge graph that grounds search and agent responses. You will ensure accuracy and scalability, and reduce context gaps through governance and reusable patterns.

You will collaborate with SMEs to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG, while aligning with security and compliance standards across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, and ChatGPT.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in development roles.
• Led as a Tech Lead with ownership of complex systems.
• Designed or owned knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end to end.
• Produced AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong identity/access management, monitoring, and incident response background.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and turn questions into checklists.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the knowledge graph and grounding for search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and backlog fixes to close context gaps that affect intent.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to prevent repeated context gaps.
• Partner with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide when a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-grounding.
• Translate strategy into designs, integrations, and implementation plans.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for other teams.
• Enable functional groups to curate their own context through tooling and guidance.
