AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build and maintain the knowledge graph and grounding used by enterprise AI agents.

You will design, test, and govern context, enable scalable integrations, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality, secure, and production‑ready AI capabilities. The role emphasizes owning end‑to‑end context architecture, evaluating platform capabilities, and delivering reusable patterns across the organization.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands‑on Tech Lead experience.
• Experience designing or owning a knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end to end.
• Production‑quality AI agents or integrations using MCP, function calling, RAG, and enterprise search.

Responsabilidades

• Design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph for grounding search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and prioritize fixes to close context gaps by business impact.
• Maintain cross‑team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to build AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP and RAG.
• Decide whether needs are best solved by skills, workflows, connectors, or knowledge grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into designs and implementation plans, turning pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and compliant with standards.
