EPAM Systems in Colombia is seeking a Lead AI Developer to partner with the Lead AI Engineer. You will write production‑grade C#/.NET code, build multi‑agent workflows, and drive SDLC improvements that boost developer productivity across teams.

You will coach engineers, tune prompts and tokens, integrate tools with GitHub Copilot and GitHub Actions, and ensure security and quality with structured schemas. A solid background in backend design and leading teams is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience
• At least 1 year leading and managing teams
• Proficient in C#/.NET Core with cloud-native design patterns
• Experience building production-grade LLM apps and JSON mode/function calling using GitHub Copilot
• Experience automating software engineering pipelines via GitHub Actions and Copilot
• Knowledge of JSON Schema guiding automated code generation
• Awareness of SDLC friction and building developer tools to boost flow
• Hands-on, coaching mindset to partner with engineering teams

Responsabilidades

• Construct and roll out stateful multi-agent workflows and tooling in C#/.NET
• Convert specifications and schemas into machine-readable formats for autonomous code generation
• Build extensions and automation scripts for GitHub Copilot and Microsoft toolchains
• Pair program, troubleshoot, and coach teams in adopting agentic AI tooling
• Fine-tune token usage and manage context window across models to reduce costs
• Apply security checks and code-quality parsers for production-ready AI code
• Gather feedback from developers to improve prompts and agent loops
