Applaudo is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to architect and deliver production-grade LLM and agentic AI solutions in a contractor model. You will own MCP server definitions, context management, and orchestration, while collaborating with US-based stakeholders to shape architecture and product direction.

You will integrate hosted LLM APIs, optimize prompts, ensure robust performance, and contribute to evaluation frameworks. Strong English communication is essential for live discussions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong Python and production backend skills for APIs, async I/O, validation, testing.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade LLM and agentic AI apps.
• Experience deploying MCP servers in production and managing context/orchestration.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain MCP servers and context management features.
• Design intent evaluation, routing, and multi-source aggregation workflows.
• Integrate Anthropic and OpenAI models into production environments.
• Manage prompt versioning, fallbacks, and performance optimization.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model quality and production performance.
• Write SQL against model inputs/outputs for evaluation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
