Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to build and lead our expanding clinical operations across Latin America. You will own planning, execution and oversight of studies in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring delivery in line with protocol, SOPs and ICH-GCP.

You will shape country-level recruitment strategies, guide monitoring, QA and site start-up, and mentor CRAs as we scale a regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science/health field; advanced degree preferred.

• Own planning, execution and oversight of clinical studies across LATAM.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure protocol compliance.
• Lead feasibility, site start-up, monitoring strategies and QA.
• Mentor CRAs and vendors; drive regional team performance.
• Coordinate country recruitment and enrollment strategies; risk management.
