Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain Data Operations Analyst to support a large-scale global supply chain operations program. This role will support day-to-day supply chain reporting, supplier engagement, data analysis, material management, and operational issue resolution across multiple supply chain categories.

The Supply Chain Data Operations Analyst will pull and analyze data from internal dashboards and tables using SQL, supporting recurring reporting across delivery performance, supplier commits, Vendor Commit Dates (VCD), On-Time Delivery (OTD), purchase orders, open orders, and other critical supply chain metrics. This individual will be responsible for reviewing data for accuracy and completeness, identifying gaps or discrepancies, and proactively working with suppliers, General Contractors, and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve outstanding issues.

A key part of the role will be reviewing supplier feedback across Commit and OTD reports and closing the loop on required actions. This includes requesting clarification from suppliers, diagnosing issues, coordinating with Global Supply Managers and Category Leads, and independently driving open items toward resolution. The analyst will also support material management activities, purchase order issuance, change orders, ad-hoc supply chain data requests, and operational reporting requirements.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Planning, or Supplier Management
• Strong understanding of OTD, supplier commits, VCDs, POs, open orders, and material readiness-Experience using SQL to pull, analyze, and validate data
• Experience working directly with suppliers to collect data and resolve open issues-Experience with supplier performance and operational reporting-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently troubleshoot data gaps and supply chain issues
• Experience supporting POs, change orders, or material management-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-Experience with Python, Tableau, and/or VBA
• Ability to work PST business hours-Experience in data center, infrastructure, hardware, or manufacturing supply chains-Experience with OFE, Connectivity, Network Hardware, or Compute & Storage-Experience with OTD reporting, supplier commits, or RCA-Experience with material management, CTB, or inventory reporting-Experience supporting PO issuance and change orders-Experience preparing operational or leadership reportingE-xperience with AI-enabled automation or process improvements-Experience with 3PL inventory or supplier discrepancy reporting
