Nuvei seeks a Relationship Manager to lead top-tier Latin American merchants, acting as the primary liaison across internal teams. You will cultivate strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver value through Nuvei’s product suite.

Expect a mix of home and office work with on-site visits to merchant HQs in LatAm. The role requires 5+ years in relationship management, deep payments knowledge, and fluent English and Portuguese.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relationship management role with significant client-focused solutions experience.
• Strong payments industry experience.
• High proficiency in executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work across LatAm.
• Based in Colombia and fluent in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Manage top-tier LatAm merchants as single point of contact.
• Build and maintain win-win relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Present business reviews and propose value-added solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs.
• Oversee merchant integrations with Nuvei platform when required.
• Forecast and monitor client account metrics.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and client visits.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
