A global payment services provider is looking for a professional in Colombia to manage strategic relationships within the payments industry. The role requires at least 3 years of experience, particularly with partnerships in Latin America, as well as strong negotiation and data analysis skills. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus. This position involves collaboration across teams and managing commercial agreements.

Formación

• Proven experience managing partnerships with acquirers, issuers, merchants, or payment institutions.
• Strong knowledge of card business, e-commerce, mobile payments, and digital payment ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and deepen strategic relationships with acquirers, issuers, payment institutions, PSPs, and large merchants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement issuing and acquiring projects and promote the relationship with all the partners in the region.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, partnership frameworks, and joint business plans.
• Analyze market trends, merchant behavior, and competitive dynamics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support regulatory, policy, and industry engagement activities related to merchant acceptance, card issuing and institutional relationships.

• Proven experience managing partnerships with acquirers, issuers, merchants, or payment institutions.
• Strong knowledge of card business, e-commerce, mobile payments, and digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese or Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
