Successful candidates should have 6–10+ years of experience in strategy or program development, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position offers opportunities to influence and implement impactful workforce programs.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development.
• Experience engaging employers, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Strong experience in building business cases for multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsabilidades
