Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Management Associate for LATAM to support and execute the product strategy for the Wound Closure portfolio. You will influence roadmaps, lifecycle management, and market access while coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and regional teams.

Your role combines people supervision, portfolio analytics, and cross‑functional coordination to drive growth and customer relevance across markets in LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably within MedTech or healthcare environments.
• Initial people leadership or supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Team Effectiveness: Indirect leadership of local marketing platform teams, aligning global and regional needs to local realities.
• Product Strategy & Portfolio Support: Manage roadmaps, lifecycle activities, and portfolio updates; translate strategy into market plans for LATAM.
• Market Segmentation & Insights: Analyze trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and portfolio optimization.
• Product Enhancements & Innovation Enablement: Coordinate initiatives for product features and line extensions with cross-functional teams.
• Commercial Enablement & Execution: Develop tools and materials; support product launches and market readiness.
• Operations, Compliance & Values: Ensure workflow, prioritization, and adherence to Johnson & Johnson policies and Credo.
