Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Product Management Associate to support and execute the regional product management strategy for the Wound Closure portfolio in LATAM. You will help position products, manage lifecycle, and coordinate commercialization across markets.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable plans, drive portfolio growth, and ensure alignment with clinical value and commercial priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles.
• Initial people leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency for global and regional interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Support and execute the product management strategy for LATAM regions.
• Coordinate product roadmaps, lifecycle management activities, and portfolio updates.
• Assist in translating regional and global product strategy into market-ready plans for South LATAM.
• Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer insights for portfolio optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and Regional teams for effective execution.
• Support product launch activities and readiness across functions and markets.
