Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a LATAM Transportation Manager to oversee outbound transportation across the Latin America region, including Mexico, Central America, Caribbean and South America. The role collaborates with distribution and warehousing teams to drive performance while prioritizing patient and customer needs.

The position requires leading regional teams, governance of carrier performance, and close partnership with procurement and quality to ensure on-time delivery and cost

Formación

• Minimum eight years of supply chain or operations experience, including significant transportation operations responsibility.
• Proven people leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders across regional and global matrixed organizations.
• Experience with carrier contracts, material freight budgets, forecasting, savings, operational KPIs and incident response.
• Experience with warehouse and transportation management systems, ERP platforms, business-intelligence tools, and transportation analytics.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and engage direct and matrixed teams; set priorities and build succession plans.
• Own end-to-end regional outbound transportation execution, service recovery, escalation, and crisis response.
• Serve as the primary outbound transportation leader for MedTech, establishing governance and reporting.
• Partner with Procurement on supplier RFPs, evaluate new suppliers and monitor performance.
• Lead carrier governance including SLAs, KPIs, contracts and sourcing implementation.
• Own service, customer, patient, quality and cost performance including OTIF-D and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Quality on claims, investigations, audits and corrective actions.
• Own budget planning, forecasting, accruals, savings and billing controls.
• Partner with tech, data, reporting and IT teams to drive new capabilities regionally.
• Drive lane and network optimization; lead workstreams for site transitions.
• Standardize regional processes and escalation controls using structured problem solving.
• Monitor regulations and market changes; implement required controls.
