Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Management Associate for LATAM, focusing on the Wound Closure portfolio. You will support and execute product strategy across markets, translating insights into market-ready plans to drive growth and relevance.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring compliant and timely execution. English proficiency is required for global communications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles within MedTech or healthcare.
• Initial people leadership or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Team Effectiveness: indirect leadership of local marketing platform teams and drive accountability.
• Product Strategy & Portfolio Support: coordinate roadmaps, lifecycle activities, and market-driven plans for LATAM.
• Market Segmentation & Insights: analyze trends and identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
• Product Enhancements & Innovation Enablement: coordinate initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply Chain and Regional teams.
• Commercial Enablement & Execution: support launch materials and tools, ensure readiness across markets.
• Operations, Compliance & Values: manage workflow, adherence to policies and Credo.
