Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Management Associate for the LATAM region. The role focuses on supporting and executing the product management strategy for the Wound Closure portfolio across markets, translating insights into actionable plans.

The position combines portfolio analytics, leadership of regional teams, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth and customer relevance in the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles in MedTech or healthcare.
• Initial people leadership or supervision experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Product Management initiatives across LATAM markets.
• Support development of product positioning strategies aligned with clinical value and commercial priorities.
• Translate regional and global strategy into market-ready plans for South LATAM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and Regional teams.
• Track progress of Product Management initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Contribute to commercial tools and launch materials to support product launches.
