Job summary

RLG LatAM in Medellin seeks a People Coordinator LatAm to oversee HR activities, drive recruitment, development, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

You will partner with leaders to design strategies, administer compensation and benefits, monitor HR metrics, and continually improve HR processes to foster a productive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Specialization in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within the field.
• English proficiency.
• Experience managing payroll and social security programs.
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Preferably knowledge of ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR planning: design and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring effective workforce planning and organizational development.
• Talent attraction and retention: lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent and implement retention strategies.
• Performance management: support performance evaluation systems and provide guidance for continuous development.
• Workplace climate and culture: foster a positive culture through internal communication, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.
• Training and development: identify skill gaps and lead programs to promote employee growth.
• Regulatory compliance and labor risk management: ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; manage conflicts and disciplinary processes.
• Metrics and reporting: monitor HR indicators and prepare reports for strategic decision-making.
• Compensation and benefits administration: manage salary structures and benefits to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Management advisory: partner with leaders on people-related matters and organizational changes.
• Continuous improvement of HR processes: optimize HR processes, policies, and systems.
