The role requires 2–4 years packaging experience, an engineering degree, fluency in English and Spanish, and willingness to travel up to 50%. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, quality, and safety while scaling best practices across the region.

Formación

• 2–4 years of product, process or technical packaging experience.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging technologies and TE factors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy programs to build technical and operational capabilities for LATAM North packaging teams.
• Lead IPS audit process and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Deliver Training Programs including Performance Based Training (PBT).
