Job summary

The role translates data into insights, supports decision-making, and partners with Finance, HR, and Sales Strategy teams to enhance productivity and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and Power BI skills, English proficiency, and a track record in financial planning, analysis, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, and monitoring of Sales Strategy budgets and costs in the Andean markets.
• Support monthly closings, forecasts, and annual planning with accurate data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with priorities.
• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate FP&A processes across the region.
