Fugro Bogotá seeks a senior leader to steer NSI and nearshore applications across Latin America, translating strategy into deployable solutions and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery. You will align LATAM NSI with global strategy, lead technical authority in client engagements, and mentor regional teams while building a robust nearshore capability.

Formación

• 12–15+ years in geotechnical, geophysical, or marine services.
• Strong experience in NSI and marine environments.
• Experience leading operations, execution, and client-facing engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead application-driven technical leadership and operational execution for NSI, geophysics, and metocean across LATAM.
• Translate technical strategy into deployable solutions and executable methodologies for nearshore markets.
• Own technical and operational readiness for NSI and integrated marine projects, including resource planning, execution strategies, and logistics.
• Lead strategic bids and complex opportunities requiring NSI involvement and regional coordination.
• Support opening/middle/closing phases in commercial excellence, enhancing win rates and delivery reliability.
• Drive OE, productivity improvements, and knowledge sharing across the LATAM NSI community.
