Novva Group seeks an experienced development leader to support Latin American renewable energy projects in Colombia. You will coordinate the Country Team, manage land development tasks, and oversee deal origination from screening to investment readiness.

The role requires hands-on field work, frequent travel, and the ability to align cross-border teams with local stakeholders while navigating permitting processes and risk management.

Formación

• 5+ years in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or land development.
• Real Latam project development experience from early development through to delivery.
• Colombia experience preferred; other Latam markets a plus.
• Able to work independently in the field with frequent travel.
• Spanish and Mandarin as working languages, English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Country Team in managing and coordinating the local (international) team: goal breakdown, execution tracking, and day-to-day coaching
• Keep the team steady, aligned, and productive — be the stabilizing force on the ground
• Coordinate communication across the local team, the Country Head, and the cross-border HQ team
• Help build team cohesion and a performance-oriented local culture
• Lead land acquisition, land negotiation, easements, and rights-of-way, drive land agreements to signature and implementation
• Advance permitting, government relations, and community relationships throughout the development cycle
• Work on the ground at project sites; travel frequently as projects require
• Identify project risks early and drive practical solutions to closure
• Participate in the full range of development work within the deal-origination process: project screening, due diligence coordination, development planning, and commercial negotiation
• Work closely with the Country Team to move projects from early development toward investment-ready
• Coordinate with NOVVA's legal, finance, and technical teams to advance transactions
