Kent is seeking a Piping Manager in Colombia to oversee ongoing workshare projects in the oil and gas sector. You will review designs, supervise planning, estimate hours, and ensure quality and compliance with standards across multiple facilities.

The role requires senior experience (15+ years total; 5+ in leadership) in piping, strong technical judgment, and bilingual Spanish-English communication. Relocation is not required; the position emphasizes leadership and delivery of engineering scopes.

Formación

• 15+ years experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, management or coordination of piping projects.
• Experience in piping design for surface facilities, pumping/compression stations, pipelines and gas treatment processes.
• Expert-level handling of piping standards (ASME, ASTM, API, NFPA).
• Experience reviewing and approving drawings and technical documents in piping.
• Knowledge of materials, components and project estimation for engineering scopes.

Responsabilidades

• Design Review and Approval of documents and plans to meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Plan and supervise project personnel, define scope, standards and priorities to meet PDT and man-hour targets.
• Estimate man hours and deliverables to prepare competitive proposals.
• Ensure QA/QC using company standards and quality plans across projects.
• Record and monitor man-hours in the company system.
• Lead annual performance evaluations for project staff and adjust classifications accordingly.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed by management.
