Huawei is seeking a Game Operation Specialist to join a team focused on operating games in the LATAM market. The role involves managing titles, tracking revenue and engagement, planning campaigns, and growing active user communities.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in gaming or digital operations, with strong communication and basic data analysis skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. This is an on-site position in Bogotá, Colombia.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 1+ years of experience in gaming, marketing, digital operations, community operations, or related fields.
• Good understanding of LATAM gamers and mobile gaming trends.
• Good communication, execution, and basic data analysis skills.
• Experience in community management, marketing campaigns, KOL cooperation, or user growth is preferred.
• English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned games and track revenue, paying users, retention, and engagement.
• Plan and execute game operation and marketing campaigns, including promotions, user activities, and community events.
• Operate gaming communities and maintain engagement with core users.
• Work with KOLs, publishers, and internal teams to support user growth and campaign delivery.
• Analyze operation data and provide optimization recommendations.
