Align Technology LATAM is seeking a Manager, Business Innovation for Chile and Colombia. Based in Bogotá, you will own a portfolio of strategic innovation initiatives across two Spanish-speaking markets, guiding them from problem framing to in-market pilots and handover to business owners.

You will work with country GMs and lead governance across LATAM. You will structure analyses, build business cases with rigorous assumptions, and drive pilots with clear success metrics while collaborating

Formación

• 6 to 10 years of experience in operational or implementation consulting, business transformation, or similar delivery roles.
• Proven end-to-end delivery from problem definition to implementation.
• Structured problem solving with clear hypotheses and test plans.
• Strong stakeholder management across countries and functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence and influence.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Chile and Colombia innovation portfolio end-to-end, from problem definition through pilot to handover.
• Frame business problems and opportunities and translate into testable hypotheses.
• Build strategic assessments and business cases with rigorous assumptions and clear economics.
• Design, launch and run in-market pilots with defined scope, metrics and timelines.
• Decide on evidence and recommend scaling, pivoting or termination based on data.
• Lead governance with stakeholders and present to country leadership teams.
• Handover successful pilots to business owners for scale and ongoing operations.
