Business Innovation LATAM exists to turn bold ideas into lasting, profitable growth for our doctors and for Align. We are the engine and the orchestrator: we source opportunities, build the fact base, test them in market, and hand the ones that work over to the business to scale.
As Manager, Business Innovation for Chile and Colombia, you will own a portfolio of initiatives across our two direct markets in Spanish speaking Latin America. You will take each one from a loosely defined problem through structured assessment, business case, in market pilot and operational handover. This is a mix of strategy and execution role. You will earn your influence through preparation, clarity, credibility and the quality of your work. You will sit on the Chile and Colombia leadership teams and work directly with both country General Managers.
