TerraPay is seeking an experienced Business Operations SME to lead transactional excellence in Bogota, Colombia. You will manage financial operations, interact with customers, and coordinate across Customer Support, Product Development, Analytics, Compliance, and Reconciliation teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business operations, deep LATAM corridor expertise, and proven cross-functional collaboration skills within fintech payment operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor financial transactions to ensure seamless processing and delivery.
• Enhance the quality of services by analysing transaction data and implementing improvements.
• Manage day-to-day operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and adherence to regulations.
• Engage with customers through calls, emails, and messaging systems to address inquiries, resolve issues, and help as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product Development, Analytics, Compliance, and Sales.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and operational activities.
